When we started our process , we were unsure who to turn to for our new house inspection. We looked for ASHI inspectors... and found Ricarte. So we called 808 Home Inspection LLC.. Ricarte responded back quickly and from our first phone call, Ricarte was polite, professional and went above and beyond with the insight and information we were in need of to make a decision. BEST decision we made to go with 808 Home Inspection LLC. He showed up early, conducted a thorough visual inspection and its’ major elements. In my opinion, Ricarte is educated and adheres to a strict code of ethics. At the end, he explained to us the big concerns about the home. His report with pictures were awesome and helpful too! Ricarte did an awesome job with the inspection I needed for my client. He was able to schedule within the time that I... needed, he arrived and finished on time, and he was very detailed and thorough with the explanation afterwards. I think with any inspection, however big or small the issue that an inspector may find, they shouldn't freak out the client, but offer possible solutions and assurances of what can be done.
